How does paying by bank transfer work?

When is my ticket actually issued?

As soon as we confirm your payment has landed, we issue the ticket with the airline and email your e-ticket and booking reference. Until the ticket is issued you hold a reservation, not a confirmed seat.

What happens if the fare changes before I pay?

Small movements are absorbed by us — you pay the price you were quoted. If an airline raises the fare beyond that, we do not charge you silently: we contact you with the new price and you decide whether to continue or take a full refund of anything paid.

Can I get a refund or change my dates?

That depends on the airline's fare rules, which we show before you book. Refundable and changeable fares can be actioned from your trip page; the airline's own penalty and any fare difference apply, and refunds are returned in naira.

Do you guarantee a visa approval?

No. AirPockets is a private travel company, not a government or an embassy. We check the current requirements for your passport free of charge, prepare and lodge a complete application, and are clear about government fees versus our service fee. The decision is always the embassy's.
